Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
• Custom-made or tailored outfits
• Final sale or clearance items
• Worn accessories (such as jewelry, headpieces, or intimate wear)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing or eligible product issues, subject to availability. If you need a different size or item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Viola is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
